NICEPH's Terms & Conditions

NICEPH, also referred to in this document as the 'Platform' or 'we,' is an online gaming service provider. These terms and conditions form a legal contract between you and NICEPH.

By using this platform, you confirm that you are legally allowed to participate in online gaming where you are located and that such activity is lawful in your area. NICEPH also holds the right to revise these terms at any time.

• These Terms and Conditions are provided in both English and Filipino. If a conflict or difference in interpretation arises between the two versions, the English text will always take precedence.

To register for a NICEPH account, you must meet the basic eligibility rules. All information that you provide at the time of registration, including your name and contact details, must be true, current, and complete.

• You must be at least 21 years old to register and use NICEPH, consistent with Philippine laws on gambling and iGaming. Anyone below this age is not allowed to create an account.
• Only one account is allowed per person. Registering more than one account under the same identity is not permitted.
• Creating multiple accounts from a single device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may be treated as an attempt to abuse the platform.
• You are entirely responsible for keeping your NICEPH account password and login credentials private. Never share them with anyone, even with friends or family.
• Your NICEPH account is for your personal use only. It cannot be transferred, given away, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, NICEPH may ask you to submit a valid government-issued identification document, such as a national ID or passport.

All financial transactions on NICEPH are processed through secure, encrypted channels and settled in Philippine Pesos (₱). The platform supports a range of trusted local payment methods so you can easily fund your account and withdraw your winnings.

• The minimum deposit amount on NICEPH is ₱500. This amount may be subject to change, so please check the latest guidelines before making a deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount on NICEPH is ₱1,000. Your withdrawable amount must reach at least this level before you can request a cash out.
• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours after approval, depending on the payment method and the status of your verification.
• To withdraw funds, you must first complete and pass the KYC verification process. Accounts that have not been verified may not be allowed to cash out.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method that you used to make your deposit. This helps protect your account and maintain transaction security.

These offers come with their own specific conditions, and the terms may be changed, extended, or withdrawn at any time. Players must be 21 and above and are encouraged to use these offers responsibly, always playing within their means.

• The welcome bonus is available only to new members and can be claimed once, on your first deposit.
• Before you can withdraw any bonus winnings, you need to complete the wagering requirements set for that offer.
• In most cases, you'll need to wager the bonus amount 15 to 30 times over.
• Bonuses typically stay active for 7 to 30 days, depending on the promotion.
• You can't combine multiple bonuses at the same time unless the promotion specifically allows it.
• If we suspect any misuse of bonuses, your account may be subject to review and investigation.

All games on NICEPH run on internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every outcome is completely random and never set in advance.

• If there's any dispute regarding a game result, the decision made by NICEPH will be considered final.
• Should a game be voided because of a technical glitch, all bets placed on that game will be refunded.
• Even if your internet connection drops, your game results stay saved on our servers.
• Breaking the rules of a game may lead to your winnings being voided.
• Taking advantage of any software error or bug is strictly prohibited.

To keep the playing environment fair and secure, NICEPH prohibits certain activities. Violating these rules can result in your account being permanently closed.

• Engaging in money laundering or any form of illegal financial processing.
• Opening multiple accounts in order to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Carrying out hacking, phishing, or any other type of cybercrime.
• Using automated bots or other software to play games.
• Harassing, abusing, or defrauding other players.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or bug on the platform.
• Allowing underage individuals to use your account.

NICEPH reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for a valid reason. We will never shut down an account without a legitimate cause.

• Any breach of these terms could lead to an immediate account closure.
• If you want to close your account on your own, just get in touch with our support team.
• When you apply for self-exclusion, your account will be locked for the period you have set.
• Any valid balance left in your account will be returned to you before the account is closed.
• In cases of fraud, your balance may be forfeited.

NICEPH makes every effort to deliver high-quality service, but in certain situations, our liability is limited.

• We are not responsible if games get interrupted because of internet connection issues.
• We are not liable for problems caused by third-party payment gateways.
• No compensation will be given if service is disrupted due to force majeure events.
• We cannot be held accountable if your account is hacked because of your own negligence.
